Shipping policy


FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $125 (3-5 DAY PROCESSING)
We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 3-5 business days to process your order and ship it out to you. You will receive shipping confirmation within 5 business days from the day your order was placed.
STANDARD SHIPPING (1-2 DAYS PROCESSING) - RATES WILL BE DETERMINED AT CHECKOUT BASED ON ADDRESS AND ORDER WEIGHT.
You will receive an email confirmation  containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of purchasing, please send an email to help@tabbysclosets.com.
Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Orders placed with free shipping can arrive between 1-7 days after shipping. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code. 
If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date. ORDER NOT DELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER
In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.
Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.
