Refund policy


Shipped Orders:
    1    If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 7 days of delivery for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Store credits do not expire.
    2    Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Shipping fees are not refunded.
    3    Returned items must be in their original condition (UNWORN,ALTERED OR DAMAGED) with all tags attached. Please take care when trying items. Items returned stained (i.e.deodorant or makeup) or with fragrances/strong odors will not be accepted.
    4    Please email help@tabbysclosets.com to inform us of your intent to return and receive an authorization code. Please provide your name, order number, and the item/s you are returning. Once the code is received, write it on your packing slip and include in in the box. A return date will also be provided. Any returns received after this date are subject to being rejected.
    5    Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once we receive it. You will receive an email confirmation of your return and your store credit info. Please save it for future use.
    6    If you receive an item by mistake – contact us immediately via email (help@tabbysclosets.com) and we will ship the correct item.
    7    In stock items cannot be held to replace your return. Any replacements are considered a new order.
    8    ALL sale items are final sale.
